2019 MacBook Air with Dead Logic Board

How much could I get selling a MacBook Air 2019 for parts? The computer stopped booting one day and Apple guys said it's inrepairable.

The laptop itself is in pristine condition.

Thoughts?

Edit: Could I also get a price check on a 9th gen iPad 10.2inch 64gb bought in 2022? Perfect condition, no scratches or anything.

I don't think you understand that there is a market for spare parts.

Even dead laptops from this decade are worth more than shipping alone since there's always something that can be salvaged.

It's always great to have people chime in in these discussion posts but please do refrain from sharing advice on matters you're unfamiliar. Someone even less knowledgeable than you could take whatever you say on face value and be misguided.

Regardless, one phone call to my local laptop market and I got a quote on a dead MBA 2019. 12k sight unseen. Possibly more when the condition is confirmed.

You should definitely go for 3rd party repair at least once. Very high chances that it is repairable.

Apple will always say unrepairable to any logic board problem.
