The High Court also instructed senior advocate Siddharth Luthra, representing Khedkar, to file an application to include the UPSC as a party in the case.

Pooja Khedkar has challenged the Patiala House Court’s order in the High Court after her anticipatory bail plea was rejected on August 1. It is noteworthy that the UPSC has dismissed Khedkar, a decision she has also challenged in the High Court. She claimed that she was informed of her dismissal through a press release, and the UPSC later sent a copy of the dismissal order via email and to her address.
