Budget 21-30k New motherboard advice please

Which motherboard is good in today's time which can last atleast 5 to 10 yrs for below cpu

CPU - Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.4GHz
RAM - Gskill 4 gb ram

Also let me know which power supply would be better?
Also I need to know which sound card n HDMI cable would be good or better for long term. I have dell 2312 monitor

Processor is 3rd gen bro. You'll not get any good branded ones. cheap Chinese rebranded boards are only way to go. Lasts avg 3 yrs. Get a H61 or B75 motherboard from Zebronics/Frontech/etc at around ₹1200
