Samsung has received heaps of praise and mocking after announcing the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro. While the earbuds have excellent audio and call quality, they have faced quality control issues. The company's new flagship wireless earbuds have now received their first software update.
First Galaxy Buds 3 Pro update brings improved stability
The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have started receiving a software update in South Korea. It comes bearing firmware version R630XXU0AXG5 and has a download size of 7.69MB. According to the changelog, which is extremely short, the new update improves the stability of the audio on the wireless earbuds.
Samsung hasn't explained what that actually means. However, it might mean that the update is meant to make the audio performance of the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro more consistent.
Samsung could release this new update to the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro in other countries within the next few days.
If you have the new wireless earbuds, you can install the new update by opening the Galaxy Wearable app on your phone and navigating to Earbuds Settings » Earbuds software update» Download and install.

The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have a dual-driver setup featuring dynamic drivers for low-end (bass) and mid-range (vocals) frequencies and planar tweeters for high-end frequencies (treble).
The earbuds have Bluetooth 5.4 connectivity with LE Audio (LC3 codec) and Auracast. The new wireless earbuds also support AAC and Samsung Scalable Codec Ultra High Quality (SSC UHQ) codecs.
Samsung's new wireless earbuds have stems, unlike all previous models in the lineup. Those stems help improve call quality and offer more reliable touch controls (via pinch gestures).
The earbuds are IP57-rated for dust and water resistance. The Galaxy Buds 3 Pro have Adaptive ANC, Adaptive EQ, and Ambient Sound.
