Blake Lively is currently on her “It Ends With Us” press tour in New York and she’s serving up some major footwear moments. Throughout the endeavor, the actress has been spotted in unique looks featuring floral motifs that pay homage to the cover of Colleen Hoover’s best-selling novel.
On Aug 4, Lively ventured into the streets of New York in a pair of Christian Louboutin Atonana sandals in black. The summer-ready gladiator-inspired style incorporated plush black patent leather uppers with a glossy finish, blood-red bottoms and high-shine ball-shaped adornments fixed to each strap, creating a whimsical textural finish.
Stiletto heels, standing at around 3 to 4 inches, offered Lively a boost. This is another pair the thespian has worn on numerous occasions, mixing and matching the silhouette with a variety of colorful ensembles.
Accompanying her neutral footwear, Lively made a statement in a full Christopher John Rogers look. Playing with florals, her look consisted of a colorful Petunia jacket and matching trousers paired with a black and white polka-dotted halter dress featuring a high neckline incorporating a wrap-around tie detail.

From day to night, Lively lit up the city streets in a second look, also inspired by florals. The “Green Lantern” star sported whimsical Carnaval heels, another style hailing from Christian Louboutin. The designer heel featured baby-pink satin uppers that transitioned into approximately 4.7-inch stiletto heels, voluminous floral-inspired crépe embellishments and peep-toes.
Like the other Christian Louboutin pairs Lively has sported, these baby pink heels can be purchased via resale sites like Poshmark or Fashionphile. If pink isn’t your cup of tea, the Carnaval heel also comes in black.
Accompanying her festive footwear, Lively wore a full Versace ensemble. Channeling the 90s, the actress wore crystalized boyfriend jeans and a pink ribbed bralette layered underneath a see-through chainmail-esque top fixed with a crystalized floral motif. Underneath it all, Lively wore Versace boxers in black and pink with logo detailing on the waist that peeked out from under her denim.
Clad in one of her favorite brands on Aug. 3, the star sported a pair of Christian Louboutin So Kate pumps in a unique denim style. Equipped with sharp pointed-toes, dark-wash denim uppers, nude stilettos and blood-red bottoms, the style matched perfectly with her denim-on-denim ensemble. 4.5-inch stilettos rounded out the funky set, offering Lively’s look the illusion of height and length.
Offering a unique twist on the Canadian tuxedo, Lively wore a floral blue and white tee from Chanel, accompanied by matching high-waisted floral jeans in a dark wash. Designer on designer, the thespian toted a metal evening bag, also from Chanel, centered around a rosette-inspired motif. Even Lively’s jewelry was floral-inspired.
Same day, same brand different style, Lively donned Christian Louboutin Tres Decollete pumps in a black and red colorway. Fixed with ankle straps, glossy leather gradient uppers and almond-shaped toes, the heels meshed perfectly with the “Gossip Girl” actress’ more colorful second look of the day. Like her denim pair, Lively’s Tres Decollete style also included thin stiletto heels.
Paired with her Tres Decollete heels, Lively wore a Versace Resort 2025 ensemble comprised of a red mini dress with a slouchy neckline, a floral print and ladybugs fixed to the fabric throughout. Layered underneath, the fashionable thespian wore yellow floral tights.
“It Ends With Us” is a 2024 romance/drama film based on the best-selling novel by Colleen Hoover, and will be released in theaters on Aug. 9. The film taps a slew of talented acts including Justin Baldoni, Jenny Slate and Brandon Sklenar, among others.
