The Farm Collaborative will host its Regeneration Ball fundraiser on Aug. 12 to support its mission to grow a local food system, according to a news release.
The Farm Collective’s goal is to put the health of people and the planet first through its local food system. Michelin star- and James Beard-recognized chefs will help cook a seven-course dinner of locally-sourced ingredients.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to participate in an auction and paddle raise. Proceeds will support the Farm Collaborative’s projects, including a capital campaign for a new regenerative agriculture center at Cozy Point Ranch, which will provide regeneratively farmed food throughout the year in the community.
Among the guests at this year’s fundraiser are Gov. Jared Polis and First Gentleman Marlon Reis; they will be special guests at the Hotel Jerome, according to the news release.
Tickets and tables for the Regeneration Ball are available for purchase through the Farm Collective’s website. Sponsorship opportunities are available for businesses and individuals looking to support the event.
