Olaf: Little town story …

I agree with Renee Grossman that this valley got transformed in pretty short time. Cute, mountain-style houses got replaced by modern containers blocking our river.
Mix-breed dogs got replaced by designers dogs.
Traffic is never-ending.
The average mortal will never be able to buy a house or, in many cases, even rent one.
Soon, the workforce will be pushed out of here with higher and higher cost of living … driven by our new God: dollars.
Looks like people favoring a certain party are escaping their great cities massively, making real-estate prices skyrocket monthly.
Our peaceful, small place is gone, but developers are making huge efforts to fit more unaffordable, modern containers people will eagerly pay for.
