Preferred Hotels & Resorts, the premier independent hotel group globally, is delighted to reveal the integration of 30 new member properties into its extensive network from April 1 to June 30, 2024. These diverse properties, from an adults-only all-inclusive resort to a beautifully maintained historic villa, offer distinctive, genuine guest experiences in various thrilling locations such as South Africa, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, and the Dominican Republic. Key highlights include:
· Boutique Hotel Stresa (Stresa, Italy) – L.V.X Collection: Once a majestic 250-year-old villa known as “Casa d’Oro” or “House of Gold,” Boutique Hotel Stresa has been transformed into a luxurious retreat in the enchanting town of Stresa, celebrated as the Pearl of Lake Maggiore. This new gem offers serene elegance with 30 distinct rooms, including 26 expansive suites drenched in natural light and four private spa suites designed for ultimate relaxation. The hotel boasts an array of sophisticated amenities, including a rooftop bar with sweeping views of the Borromean Islands and a solarium featuring an infinity pool, all set amidst charming waterfront promenades and the stunning Alps.
· Casa Velas Puerto Vallarta (Puerto Vallarta, Mexico) – Lifestyle Collection: Located on Mexico’s Pacific Riviera in the upscale Marina Vallarta area, Casa Velas Puerto Vallarta is an adults-only sanctuary that exudes tranquility and luxury. The resort features 80 elegantly designed suites that reflect traditional Mexican aesthetics and include private pools, jacuzzi hot tubs, and views of lush gardens or the golf course. This urban oasis features 196 opulent rooms, including 39 apartment-style suites, and offers a holistic experience that blends wellness, culture, and design. Guests can enjoy four distinct dining options, an expansive outdoor pool and deck, a cutting-edge fitness center, and an exclusive members-only social club with a restaurant, bar, and lounge.
· Only YOU Hotel Sevilla (Seville, Spain) – L.V.X Collection: Located in the vibrant heart of Seville, the newly launched Only YOU Hotel Sevilla seamlessly blends Mediterranean charm with Arabic influences, presenting a modern take on Andalusian elegance. The hotel features 209 stylish rooms with neo-Andalusian touches and ample natural light. Guests can unwind at the LIMBO Cocktail & Pool, savor local delights from pâtissier Manu Jara, and admire floral creations by Verde Oliva in the lobby.
· The Marker Union Square (San Francisco, California) – Lifestyle Collection: Nestled in a neighborhood brimming with unique boutiques and top-tier restaurants, The Marker Union Square is a newly renovated landmark that captures the essence of San Francisco’s rich history. This Beaux-Arts gem houses 208 elegantly appointed rooms and suites, blending historic charm with modern sophistication. Guests can indulge in the vibrant atmosphere of Tratto, a bar-driven restaurant celebrating the area’s artistic heritage, and take advantage of the 24-hour fitness center and 12 newly redesigned meeting rooms.
· The RuMa Hotel & Residences (Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia) – Lifestyle Collection: In Kuala Lumpur’s Golden Triangle, The RuMa Hotel & Residences—meaning “home”—offers a unique fusion of tradition and modernity. Just steps from iconic landmarks like the Petronas Twin Towers, this urban retreat features 253 luxurious rooms with stunning city skyline views. Dining options include the European bistro ATAS, the SEVEN Lobby Bar, The LIBRARI for tea and light bites, and the SANTAI Pool Bar and Lounge.
