I don't know if it's just me but the site is blocked on my side and can be accessed only via VPN.

I use the website to host images and it always works; perhaps check with your isp for blocking.
 
Does not open on Hathway broadband, but opens on airtel mobile network

About page on chrome gave below results , seems like ISPs might be blocking thinking this page, ibb is not a trustable source
