Hello Folks,

I'm planning to change from my trusty SteelSeries Rival 700 mouse which has now served me well for 6 years. Have been looking at the Razer Basilisk V3 (Wired) gaming mouse and quite like it after watching online reviews. I wanted to know from anyone here who is having the Basilisk V3 to share how his experience has been using the mouse for daily use and gaming. If you have faced any issues using it do mention them. Also, how is the spacing of the side buttons and how ergonomic are they?

The other option I have is the Logitech G502 X (Wired) but I don't like the plastick-y sound of the switches on it. Also, it comes with a non-braided cable. It does however come with 2 extra programmable buttons and the side buttons on the mouse I believe have better placement as per online reviews when compared with the Razer Basilisk.

Dont have basilisk but I have Razer Orochi v2 for gaming and work both. Replaced my Logi G304 with it. Love it.

I use a Basilisk Ultimate. Great ergonomics, great daily driver.

Using Razer Basilisk X Hyperspeed for 3 years as my daily driver. They have a wired option too. Ergonomics are spot on. Once you use them, you won't go back.

How is the gaming performance with the wireless version of Basilisk wireless? Any kind of lag or drops in connections while using the mouse?

Am using the older version, not V3. It cost around 3k when I bought. Amazon pricing is loco.

I use it for both work (bluetooth) and gaming (2.4ghz). No lag or performance issues when connected via 2.4ghz receiver while bluetooth did cause occasional drops. The rubber grip is showing some signs of wear, besides that, the mouse is impeccable. I plan to get one more very soon.

I'm mostly getting the Basilisk V3 Wired:

Razer Basilisk V3 Gaming Mouse (Black)

The RGB lighting on it looks wonderful!
