Comes with upright stand, 4GB DDR4 RAM, Dell 65W adapter and 2nd Realtek Gigabit Nic (installed in M.2 A/E slot). You can 3D print the bracket for it or order from Robu for around 100-150.
The 2nd NIC itself cost me ₹3000 locally. You can buy it from ebay for less, but my 3 orders never arrived even after waiting for 3 months, ebay refunded.
Price includes shipping, risk on me.
It also has 1x M.2 Slot for SATA SSDs (NVMe not supported) and front usb-C slot as well.
