Every Wednesday and Thursday, starting at 9:00 PM, the venue transforms into a speakeasy-style retreat, replete with dim lighting and secluded nooks, setting the perfect scene for an evening filled with mystery and old-world allure.

As guests step through the doors, they are transported to a time where indulgence was a clandestine affair, best enjoyed away from prying eyes. Each drink served is a nod to a time when enjoying a cocktail was both an act of rebellion and a sophisticated pleasure. The night comes alive with the sultry sounds of jazz from the live duo, Salt N Pepper, whose performances perfectly capture the spirit of the Roaring Twenties.

Leading the cocktail experience is Hendrick’s Bar Manager Erion Bardhoci, a semi-finalist in the World Class UAE & Oman 2024 Competition. Known for his innovative mixology skills, Erion introduces three signature cocktails that embody the spirit of prohibition with a modern twist. Each drink is a masterpiece of flavor and artistry, designed to mesmerize both the palate and the eyes.

• In Our Time: This modern take on the New York Sour introduces salted caramel bourbon and a spiced red wine float to the classic, offering a luxurious interplay of sweet, citrus, and spiced notes.
• Movement: A reinterpretation of the Manhattan, this cocktail blends coffee rye whiskey with crème de cacao and port, creating a harmony of bitter, sweet, and spicy flavors.
• Golden Mirror: Reinventing the Boulevardier, this drink mixes gin, tequila, Campari, Aperol, and port wine, with a smooth addition of clarified milk, resulting in a bold and visually striking cocktail.
