Smartworld Developers Awards Rs 581 cr Constrn. Contract to Ahluwalia Contracts

Gurugram, July 16, 2024: Smartworld Developers on Tuesday announced that its subsidiary, “Etsy Realcon Pvt Ltd”, has awarded a construction contract worth Rs 581 crore to Ahluwalia Contracts (India) Ltd, a renowned construction, infrastructure, and engineering company, for its new luxury residential project, Smartworld The Edition. Located on Golf Course Extension Road in Sector 66, Smartworld The Edition marks Smartworld’s entrance into the luxury real estate sector and is expected to generate a revenue of Rs 6000 crore.

The project is spread over 10+ acres with a saleable area of 3 million sq. ft and consists three striking twin towers offering over 900 spacious residences, including a mix of 3.5 BHK and 4.5 BHK units.
