Fort Collins saloon to close after 40+ years
FORT COLLINS — A Wild West-themed saloon on the eastern edge of Fort Collins will close at midnight after more than 40 years, its owner says.
According to the Fort Collins Coloradoan, Sundance Steakhouse & Saloon, 2716 E. Mulberry St., announced on Sunday it was shutting down because it was “not able to come to a fair agreement with the property owners to ensure appropriate renovations were completed to extend our lease.”
