This edition of the festival features an array of standout dishes, including Thai Fish Cake, Stir Fried Squid with Seasonal Veggies in Butter Garlic Sauce, and Lobster in Mint Chilli Sauce. Adventurous diners can also enjoy Stir Fried Octopus in Tobanjan Sauce, among other flavorful offerings. The festival also presents a selection of satisfying main courses like Seafood Hot Pot Hunan Fantasy, Kung Pao Style Lobster, and Fung Cheow Pomfret, ensuring a fulfilling dining experience.
