Since its establishment in 2003, DN Homes has become a leading figure in Odisha’s real estate sector. Focusing on high-end residential projects, the company has a track record of delivering developments that align with international standards. DN Homes has completed 15 projects, with 6 more currently in progress, and an additional 15 million square feet of new projects planned. DN Homes has achieved another milestone by launching the first branded residences in Odisha. This project, DN YOO Odisha, will be the third in India designed by Philippe Starck, following his developments in Pune and Mumbai. It will also be the first YOO project in Eastern India, elevating Bhubaneswar to the status of global cities like London, Miami, New York, and Dubai. The upcoming 3-tower luxury project will be known as DN YOO Odisha, reflecting its world-class stature.

Starck has designed more than 168 real estate projects, including hotels, residences, retail spaces, and cafes. Under the ‘YOO Inspired by Starck’ label, he has collaborated on over 48 real estate projects, known for his unconventional and groundbreaking design styles that set new benchmarks in international design. YOO’s distinctive approach to design creates unique living experiences, making each YOO project truly one-of-a-kind.
The DN YOO Odisha project will feature a team of international partners and consultants from Singapore, London, Dubai, and India. This development will offer uniquely designed experiences spread across 3 acres in the tranquil and lush green neighborhood of Gajapati Nagar. Notable amenities include a series of double-height sky gardens running through the mid-line of the tower, three swimming pools, a poolside restaurant, premium retail spaces, and an impressive 44,000 sq. ft. two-level resort-style clubhouse exclusively designed by Philippe Starck.
The project will offer luxurious 3+ and 4+ bedroom residences, conveniently located near the city’s main hotspots, including business and IT hubs, hospitals, hotels, schools, and malls.
The project will be exclusively marketed by SQUAREA Consulting, a strategic sales firm with offices in Pune, Dubai, and Bhubaneswar. SQUAREA, responsible for overseeing the sales of this prestigious development, also played a key role in forming the partnership between DN Homes and YOO London. Known for their expertise, SQUAREA serves as a strategic partner for luxury developers in India, facilitating branded residences collaborations.
