Penrose Lounge at Four Seasons DIFC unveils a summer-inspired Afternoon Tea, featuring sweet and savory delights crafted from the freshest seasonal produce, daily from 2-5 pm.

This summer, the Penrose Lounge at Four Seasons Hotel Dubai International Financial Centre introduces a refreshing Summer Afternoon Tea experience. Celebrating the vibrant essence of the season, the lounge invites guests to savor a delightful assortment of sweet and savory treats crafted from the freshest seasonal produce, offering a taste of summer nostalgia every afternoon.

Available daily from 2:00 to 5:00 pm, the Summer Afternoon Tea is the brainchild of Executive Chef Rami Nasser and Pastry Chef Gianmarco Stifani. The menu features an array of summer-inspired delicacies, perfect for a stylish and sophisticated afternoon retreat.

The culinary journey includes exquisite creations like the Strawberry & Vanilla Tart, featuring citrus and vanilla madeleine, vanilla Chantilly cream, strawberry compote, aromatic strawberries, and a touch of pink pepper. The Apricot and Pistachio delight combines rich pistachio mousse with fruity apricot and vanilla compote atop crispy rice.

The tropical Coconut dessert presents a citrus baba with coconut mousse, fresh mango, pineapple, vanilla-mango gel, and coconut chips, garnished with lime zest. The Roman Maritozzo offers fluffy brioche buns filled with vanilla Chantilly and pastry cream, scented with citrus zest.

On the savory side, the Heirloom Tomato Tart features mini tartlets with juicy cherry tomatoes, ricotta, tomato cream, basil leaves, and white tomato jelly. The Avocado & Cucumber Sandwich pairs buttery avocado with refreshing cucumbers and cream cheese on brown bread. Other savory highlights include Truffle Turkey Roll, Foie Gras in Raspberry Jelly, and Smoked Salmon & Caviar Infladita.

No afternoon tea is complete without scones, and Penrose Lounge delivers freshly baked, light scones served with a variety of preserves. The experience is enhanced by a curated selection of coffees and teas, with an option to add a glass of bubbly for extra indulgence.
