Excellent informative . to the point post , I already have 4+ 12V Power Adapters with me , Might not be same power so fans might blow slowly but thats fineDon't worry about your fans being either 3pin or 4pin, for running them at their advertised speeds you need 2 pins. Positive and Negative. You can use any 12v power adapter and connect your fans in parallel, for example if you have 12V 2A power adapter, you can run 3 120mm fans easily.
For adapter you can use this one.

For wires these are enough, 2 wires go to each fan.

For connecting all the fans to the DC power supply.

So your total becomes ₹681 including GST+SHIPPING. You can probably make this even cheaper if you have DIY instincts.
Left to Right
1- 6V 0.5A
2- 12V 1A
3- 3V/4.5V/6V/7.5V/9V/12V 0.3A
4- 24V 1A
5- 12V 3A
I suppose 2 or 3 should be fine to run 1 fan
+1Avoid using 3, Your fan is rated for 0.4A and Adapter is for 0.3A. Even if the fan was 0.3A its still not a good idea to run any power supply at 100% load for extended periods of time.
Doesn't the NUC have its own fan ?Will add to NUC later
