The First Descendant: What does the LE 13 error code mean?

It appears that The First Descendant is experiencing some sort of server outage this morning, as players are flocking to social media to post about disconnects and the inability to log in. This is reportedly happening across all platforms.

What is error code LE:13?

We don’t know what this error code means specifically because the game is brand new and this error has not been documented before, but it appears to be a complete server outage at this point. Developers have yet to address the outage on social media, despite starting a thread to report errors yesterday and having tweeted about problems earlier this morning.

Hopefully, a fix is on its way shortly. This game-specific server outage comes just a day after Xbox Live had a major server issue.

If you love Animal Crossing, try this great new PC game next

Like millions of other people, I was briefly addicted to Animal Crossing: New Horizons in early 2020. Needing to play it for work and having little else to do, I dumped a lot of time into that Nintendo Switch game over the course of a couple of months in spring 2020. After losing a lot of bells in the game's stalk market and getting frustrated by the slow cadence of updates, I bounced off the game hard and have had trouble returning to my island ever since. Thankfully, there are plenty of games aiming to take a shot at Animal Crossing: New Horizons' cutesy town-building, life simulation crown. While some people prefer games like Hello Kitty: Island Adventure, I've recently been hooked on Go-Go Town.

Released into Steam early access by Prideful Sloth and Cult Games on June 18, Go-Go Town is a charmingly approachable game about building a run-down city back up as its mayor. Although it's not the most innovative game in the genre, Go-Go Town's appealing presentation, intuitive gameplay systems, and already-present gameplay loops made it the first game in a while to remind me of why I loved Animal Crossing: New Horizons so much in 2020. With Prideful Sloth already being very transparent about its early access plans, Go-Go Town is shaping up to be something really special.

PlayStation 6 predictions: games we expect to see on PS6

We're four years into the PlayStation 5's lifecycle, which means that we've likely hit the halfway point. Console generations tend to last around eight years these days, so it's not impossible that we'll get a PlayStation 6 by 2028. While it might seem way too early to start anticipating a far off console (and it is), the reality is that the groundwork for it is likely being laid as we speak. Large scale exclusives can take well over four years to produce, which means that some PS6 games could be in the works right this second.

Some of those games seem like foregone conclusions. We'll likely see new games in the God of War and Horizon series, as well as new IP from studios like Housemarque. As for the rest? We already have some firm ideas about what games will land on Sony's next console. That's partially thanks to studio confirmation, leaks, and some good old fashioned common sense. Here our best guesses as to what we might be playing on a shiny new PlayStation by 2030.
