There are still plenty of ways to get cool quality sleep at night. Here are my top three tips. One consider switching to cooling sheets, pillows and comforters. If your bedding and accessories are made of light, breathable and moisture with materials they won't trap in your heat and increase your body temperature, bamboo, cotton, eucalyptus, linen and silk are great options and some may even be cool to the touch tip. Two sleep on the first level of your house heat rises. So if you can avoid sleeping on the top level, you can set yourself up for a cooler night. Additionally, close the curtains during the day to keep the sun in the heat out. Three try freezing your sheets and socks as strange as it sounds freezing. Your bedding is my favorite cooling hat an hour or two before bed, throw your sheets and pillowcases in the freezer and no, they don't come out stiff as a board. You can also freeze your socks by keeping your feet cool. You can cool down the rest of your body. A lot more cooling tips. Check out our article for more.
