SNAPSHOT: Capital Region BOCES juniors expand their skills, help seniors celebrate graduation

Students in the Capital Region BOCES Digital Media Design program expanded their graphic design abilities while helping area high school students earlier this month celebrate their graduation. More than two dozen banners featuring area school district logos, as well as the Capital Region BOCES logo, were created by the aspiring graphic designers as part of work-based learning in Barb Gorbaty’s program. The students also created banners honoring each graduate, as well as other posters that were hung in the Empire State Convention Center for the ceremony. In total, 41 art pieces were produced for the event. (Photo provided)
