Buying advice action camera

Looking to buy an action camera.
I am thinking of buying DJI Action 3 or 4.

I would like to know if Action 4 is really worth 10k more.
What am i missing?
Also, do suggest me a microphone to pair with the camera.
Also, how is the night time video?
