Kalburgi district co-ops receive Specialized Training

On June 26, 2024, a specialized training program tailored for the cooperatives of Kalburgi district was conducted by the Kalburgi Regional Office of KSSFCL. The event was inaugurated by Dr. P V Patil, Managing Director of the Kalburgi, Bidar, and Yadgiri Cooperative Milk Producers Union, who commenced the program with a traditional lamp lighting ceremony.

Prominent figures, including Mrs. Shailaja Tapali, Director of KSSFCL, and Sri Sanjeev Mahajan, Executive Director of KSSFCL, attended the session. Sri B V Ravindranth, a Chartered Accountant from Sagara, delivered a lecture on exploring non-interest income sources for Souharda cooperatives. Additionally, Mr. Vijaya and Mr. Srinivasan, officers from IFFCO Company, provided insights on insurance options available for the cooperatives.

The training session saw a robust turnout, with 90 participants representing 75 Souharda cooperatives, underscoring the community’s eagerness to enhance their operational skills and knowledge in cooperative management.
