Khorgos Border Cooperation Center: A Hub for Tourism
The Khorgos International Border Cooperation Center, spanning the China-Kazakhstan border, allows visa-free entry for up to 30 days. This thriving center, popular with tourists for shopping and cultural experiences, witnessed a massive influx of visitors in 2023 and continues to see a peak in 2024.
Strengthening Relations Through Tourism
Both Kazakhstan and China view the “Kazakhstan Year of Tourism” as a milestone event to solidify their friendly relations.
