Incoming superintendent holding ‘Meet and Chat’

GREENFIELD — In an effort to create new ways for parents and guardians to connect with Greenfield’s public schools, incoming Superintendent Karin Patenaude is hosting a “Meet and Chat” event at the Greenfield Public Library Periodicals Lounge on Saturday, June 29, from 11 a.m. to noon.

Families are invited to join Patenaude for a morning in the library while getting to know her, asking her questions, sharing ideas and building comfort with the school district in general. Refreshments from the school system’s Food Services Department will be provided.

A statement from Patenaude said she believes opportunities like this one will be especially beneficial for those who may have conflicts that prevent them from reaching out to her or other school staff via more traditional methods.
