Save the date! Prime members looking to cash in on some of the biggest bargains of the year are in luck. Amazon has announced the dates for its next big Prime Day sale, giving savvy shoppers time to prepare ahead of the main event. Prime Day is the company's largest event of the year, with thousands of discounts available across every category from tech to home goods and much more. The 10th iteration of the event is set to kick off July 16, offering exclusive savings for Amazon Prime subscribers from Tuesday, July 16, though Wednesday, July 17.

What products are part of Amazon's Prime Day?

Amazon has announced that there will be plenty of back-to-school supplies available, helping early shoppers get everything they'll need before classes resume, so plan accordingly. There will also be discounts on Amazon's own devices like Echo smart speakers, Fire tablets and Fire TVs, Kindle e-readers, Ring and Blink security devices and Eero Wi-Fi routers. There will be a selection of invite-only deals as well, as we have seen during previous events.

As far as brands go, Amazon has told us to expect deals from Sony, HP, Peloton, Dyson, KitchenAid and more. We also anticipate seeing some deals on familiar products from Apple, Samsung, LG, Ninja and iRobot, among others. We generally see some rival retailers launch sales to compete with Amazon. We'll keep you posted as exact dates are released for Prime Day and any other concurrent sales as we learn about them, so keep checking back as we get closer to the event and more details come our way.

Will Prime Day be available in my country?

Amazon's Prime Day sale will run in 24 countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Egypt, France, Germany, India, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Mexico, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, the United Arab Emirates, the US and the UK.
