Nobu Bangkok, situated from the 57th to the 60th floors of EA Rooftop at The Empire, stands as one of the world’s premier F&B rooftop destinations. Designed by the renowned Rockwell Group, the space draws inspiration from Bangkok’s rich natural and urban landscapes, featuring elements from a vintage Thai map highlighting urban, river, and mountain scenes. The design seamlessly merges Thailand’s artisanal traditions, such as hand-woven textiles and intricate wood carving, with classic Japanese arts like Kintsugi and calligraphy. Each floor of Nobu Bangkok offers unique areas for dining, socializing, and hosting events, ensuring a distinctive experience for every guest.

As guests arrive on the 57th floor, they are welcomed into a sophisticated beverage lounge. The lounge showcases a sculptural bar encased in semi-gloss black plaster with gold relief, surrounded by a reflective metal grid and adorned with shimmering crystal light fixtures. This elegant setting invites guests to relax with a drink before their meal. The floor also features private dining rooms, inspired by the Japanese tea ceremony and sake rooms, with stunning views of Bang Krachao and an intimate seating arrangement for 42 guests. The outdoor area is serene, adorned in a palette of yellow cream and light wood, creating a calming atmosphere.

Moving up to the 58th floor, guests are greeted by a custom lacquered wood host stand and intricate carved wood art. The adjacent lounge boasts plush banquettes framed with curving metal and decorated with Thai-inspired floral embroidery and blue leather. The indoor dining space seats 80 guests and centers around a captivating sushi bar, highlighted by glowing onyx stone and a striking sculptural installation of gold lines suspended from a ceiling clad in smoky mirrors that reflect the sky. The expansive double-floor outdoor terrace, with seating for 126, ensures every seat offers a spectacular view. The central bar, featuring a sculptural design and integrated lantern fixtures, enhances the overall experience.

On the 60th floor, Nobu’s highest rooftop bar offers an unparalleled open-sky experience with infinity views. This circular space, framed by organically shaped infinity pools, provides 54 seats and features a monumental curved bar with a crackled gold mosaic arch, creating a dramatic focal point that frames the breathtaking panorama.

At Nobu Bangkok, chefs expertly prepare a menu infused with Japanese flavors. Signature dishes include Toro Tartar, finely minced with garlic and onion in a wasabi soy sauce, topped with caviar and spring onion; Yellowtail Jalapeno, sashimi set in yuzu soy sauce with jalapeno, garlic puree, and coriander; and Beef Toban Yaki, featuring grilled beef tenderloin with garlic puree, flamed with sake, deglazed with yuzu soy sauce, and accompanied by white onions, haricot vert, enoki, and shiitake mushrooms. Guests can also savor a diverse selection of signature sakes, champagne, martinis, and more.

‘Nobu Bangkok’ will officially open on September 20, 2024.
