Melco Resorts Prepares Exclusive Debut of Studio City Cinema with Dolby Experience on June 26

Melco Resorts & Entertainment has unveiled the upcoming grand opening of Studio City Cinema on June 26th. Situated within Studio City’s new USD 1.2 billion complex, designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, this will mark the debut of the first Dolby Cinema® in Macau and Hong Kong.

With a seating capacity of 770, Studio City Cinema promises the pinnacle of cinematic excellence in Macau. The cineplex will feature 9 auditoriums, including 5 VIP suites and a specially designed theater with paired seating for an exclusive experience. At its heart is the Dolby Cinema, integrating Dolby Atmos® for immersive sound and Dolby Vision® for stunning visuals, crafted by Dolby to deliver unparalleled viewing immersion. Other auditoriums boast state-of-the-art features like RealLaser 4K projection, with three equipped for Dolby Atmos, ensuring a luxurious and intimate movie-watching experience.

Melco aims for Studio City Cinema to enrich the resort’s diverse entertainment offerings and provide unforgettable cinematic experiences for locals, tourists, and cinema enthusiasts alike.
