The recent business forum organized by uzbektourism.uz aimed at bolstering tourism ties between Uzbekistan and China was a significant event. Attended by around 200 representatives from both countries’ tourism sectors, the forum focused on promoting Uzbekistan’s tourism potential in China and fostering stronger business connections within the Uzbek-Chinese tourism industry.

One of the highlights of the forum was the participation of delegates who arrived on June 16 from Xi’an to Samarkand on the inaugural regular flight of Loong Air. This marked an important milestone in the air connectivity between the two countries, further enhancing travel opportunities for tourists and business travelers alike.

During the forum, engaging B2B meetings were held between Uzbekistani and Chinese representatives. These meetings provided a platform to discuss the current status of the tourism industry in both countries and explore new avenues for collaboration. The exchange of ideas and insights at the forum is expected to pave the way for enhanced cooperation between Uzbekistan and China in the tourism sector.

The Uzbek-Chinese business forum is seen as a significant step towards strengthening the business relations between the two countries. It is expected to play a key role in the growth and development of Uzbekistan’s tourism industry, while also enhancing the country’s position in the global tourism market. The forum’s outcomes are likely to contribute to a more robust tourism sector in Uzbekistan, benefiting both the economy and the overall tourism experience for visitors.
