Reading Time: 2 minutesSTAAH, a prominent hospitality solutions provider from New Zealand, has been revolutionizing India’s hospitality sector for over ten years with its technological innovations. The latest addition to their offerings is the Travel Agent & Corporate Travel (TACT) module.
Integrated into STAAH’s Max V2 software package, the TACT module enables hoteliers to streamline their corporate and travel agent bookings. This automation not only saves time and effort but also optimizes booking opportunities from agents and bookers.
“Through our continued interaction with our hospitality clients in India, we found that hoteliers struggle with optimising revenues and ensuring profitability when juggling multiple platforms and manual processes. By providing a dedicated dashboard designed as per the specific needs of travel agents and corporate bookers, TACT eliminates these hassles. Being a centralised solution, it ensures an efficient workflow allowing hoteliers to focus instead, on delivering other miscellaneous services to their guests,” said Shoaib Ali, National Sales Head at STAAH.
The TACT module provides significant advantages, including real-time availability and pricing updates, ensuring travel agents and corporate bookers have access to the latest rates and room availability. Each agent or booker receives unique URLs for different properties, enhancing access and personalization.
Moreover, the module allows direct booking cancellations via the dashboard, simplifying operations, reducing administrative workload, and minimizing errors.
The login credentials, however, remain consistent across all properties, simplifying the authentication process. “The exclusive access to special rates and discounts enables hoteliers to reward their valued travel partners, fostering stronger relationships and driving increased bookings,” Shoaib Ali, National Sales Head at STAAH.
Among STAAH’s extensive network of over 5,000 Indian partners, leading hotel chains such as Lemon Tree Hotels, Fern Hotels, Mayfair Hotels, Justa Hotels, Elgin Hotels, the Club Mahindra group, and Srinagar’s prestigious Khyber Hotel have reported substantial increases in revenue and optimized booking rates.
