Musician and actor Justin Timberlake was arrested in Sag Harbor, a town on the east end of New York's Long Island, accused of Driving While Intoxicated, the Suffolk County District Attorney's office told Spectrum News.

Timberlake was arraigned in Sag Harbor Village Justice Court on Tuesday morning, the Suffolk DAs office said, without commenting further on the matter.
