Venus Williams attended Prada‘s summer 2025 show held today during Milan Fashion Week. Other notable attendees included K-Pop star Jaehyun from NCT, Matt Bomer, Twice’s Sana, Joe Alwyn and Woo Seok Byeon, among others.
Turning heads while sat front row, the athlete sported high-shine metallic silver pumps hailing from the Italian designer brand. The style featured mirrored uppers, accompanied by triangular toes fitted with logo detailing and 2 to 3-inch block heels. Williams wore her high-shine footwear with long green, white and yellow argyle socks, offering her look a preppy feel.
The footwear offered Williams’ ensemble a futuristic touch, while complimenting the neutral tones present. Prada features a slew of metallic styles. These include platform sandal heels, chunky loafers and t-strap styles fixed with a metallic sheen akin to the look of melted metal.
Metallic footwear has taken over the fashion landscape as of late, becoming one of the most sought-after silhouettes in 2024. Both high-end and affordable brands have created metallic styles within the past couple of years including Gucci, Jimmy Choo, Alexander McQueen, Valentino and Ferragamo, just to name a few.

In a preppy move, the tennis star was styled in a striped white and taupe set comprised of a collared shirt and matching cotton shorts. Layered overtop, Williams wore an oversized light gray coat. As for accessories, the athlete toted a white leather mini bag featuring Prada logo detailing scrawled across the front.
Williams is known as one of the most fashion-forward tennis players to ever play the game, and she continues that reputation on and off the court. She has a trendy sartorial sense that prompts her to wear beautiful pieces from brands like LoveShackFancy, Chanel and Burberry. As for shoes, Williams usually keeps a rotation of boots, pumps, sneakers and sandals from principled labels like Prada, Louis Vuitton and K-Swiss in her closet.
