Father’s Day is upon us once again, recognized the third Sunday in June since 1910. Father’s Day is a time for people to celebrate the influence fathers had on their families and for children to show appreciation. Unfortunately, many children will be left out of the festivities. The U.S has the world’s highest rate of children living in a single-parent household. As of 2022, over 23 million children in the U.S. lived this way. Which is about one in three children. These numbers continue to increase with no sign of letting up. With dad deprivation being the number one factor in income inequality, poverty and the overall well-being of our nation you would think that our political leaders along with the news media would address this crisis. Instead, they keep us distracted with around-the-clock climate change alarmism, adding to the hopelessness of venerable children.
