Network18 has appointed Sanchayan Paul as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)-Designate. Paul joins Network18 from Modenik Lifestyle.
Throughout his career spanning across 25 years, Paul has held significant HR roles at Reliance Industries, Thomson Reuters, Eicher Consulting Services, Hutchison Essar Telecom, and Vodafone. Additionally, he co-founded the HR-Tech platform KaryaMitr.com.
With KaryaMitr his vision was to improve livelihood of 400+ million blue & grey collared workers/work seekers, by connecting them with 50+ million employers in India.
Paul holds an MBA from XLRI – Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s in Mathematical Statistics from Hindu College, University of Delhi.
