Ty Warner Hotels and Resorts, along with their affiliates, have finalized agreements with Four Seasons to reopen Four Seasons Hotel New York in September 2024 and Four Seasons Resort The Biltmore Santa Barbara in spring 2025. The Coral Casino Beach and Cabana Club has already reopened, now under the management of a Ty Warner company.
