Canada says India second-biggest foreign threat to its democracy

A report by a Canadian parliamentary panel has labelled India as the "second-biggest foreign threat to Canada's democracy". China, it says, is the number-one threat. The report says India’s interference extends beyond countering Khalistani elements in Canada.
