Four Seasons Unveils Plans for Exclusive Lake Austin Community with Turnbridge Equities

Leading luxury hospitality company Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts and Austin Capital Partners announced that Turnbridge Equities, an integrated investment and development firm managing over $4 billion in assets, has joined as a co-development partner for Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin. The deal was facilitated by Doug Opalka of JLL and Jason Parker of Cobalt Equities. Turnbridge’s significant investment ensures the project will begin construction this fall, with an anticipated opening in late 2027.

The new Lake Austin residential community will be distinguished by its unparalleled views, modern architecture, Lissoni-designed interiors, private waterfront access, around 100,000 square feet of private amenities, a Michelin-starred chef, and a dedicated Four Seasons staff managing every aspect of the property’s luxury services. Situated within 2,000 acres of protected land, Four Seasons Private Residences Lake Austin spans 145 acres of pristine natural landscape and boasts 3,070 linear feet of untouched waterfront. Though just 20 minutes from downtown Austin, this private enclave feels worlds apart, offering protected panoramic views of the lake, Pennybacker Bridge, PGA golf course, and downtown skyline.

Turnbridge Equities, known for executing first-class developments and having strong local ties, partnered with MSD Capital to develop Austin’s acclaimed Music Lane project on South Congress Avenue, which features first-to-market concepts such as Soho House, Equinox, Hermes, and other premier retailers.
