The Star Martial Arts School of Thomaston held a belt promotion ceremony on May 11 that promoted Sharon Bard to a 4th-degree master black belt and Shawn Rimcoski to a 3rd-degree black belt.
During the ceremony they performed various forms, weapon forms, self-defense and board and cement breaking in front of fellow students, families and friends.
