At the helm of this critical new team is Mary Shad, newly appointed as Vice President of Client Experience. Celebrating her seven-year anniversary with Northern Jet this October, Shad brings over two decades of private aviation expertise to her new position. Her leadership will be crucial in defining and achieving the department’s objectives and vision.

In line with this initiative, Northern Jet proudly promotes Casey Cox to Director of Owner Development. As an IADA-certified broker, Cox will oversee owner aircraft transactions, guaranteeing a smooth and tailored experience for our clients.
