Fayetteville man charged with secret peeping at Food Lion

A Fayetteville man was arrested for taking a picture underneath a woman's skirt in a grocery store, according to the Cumberland County Sheriff's Office.

Patrick Clark was arrested and charged with felony secret peeping.

On May 29, investigators learned about a secret peeping occurrence at a Food Lion on Clinton Road in Stedman.

Investigators said a woman was shopping in the store when Clark approached her from behind and used his cell phone to take a picture under her skirt.

Clark has been released on a $5,000 secured bond and is due back in court on June 20 at 9 a.m. in the Cumberland County Courthouse.

Deputies are looking into reports that Clark has committed similar acts in the past.
