R. Thomas Kirby, known to friends and family as Tom, passed away on May 15, 2024, at the age of 63. Tom was born on December 7, 1960. He was a dedicated IT Manager at Swift Communications, a position in which he took great pride and excelled for many years.

Tom moved to the Vail Valley in 2008, where he embraced the beauty of the mountains and the vibrant community. In 2018, he relocated to Rifle, Colorado, continuing to build lasting relationships and cherished memories.

Tom leaves behind his heartbroken Colorado family, including his cherished partner of 17 years, Keri Lamle, and her children Luke, David, and Meghan Lamle. He also leaves an extensive community of friends and colleagues who will remember him for his kindness, dedication, and warm spirit.

The family would like to invite those who were touched by Tom’s spark of life to join them on June 15, 2024, at 2 pm, at the Miller Ranch Community Center (25 Mill Loft Street, Edwards, Colorado 81632) for a Moment to Remember a Remarkable Man.
