SriLankan Cargo new service model and website, featuring Freshness, Wellness, Precious, and Guardian Classes, ensure premium care and 24/7 customer support.

SriLankan Cargo, the cargo division of SriLankan Airlines, has launched a revamped service delivery framework and a newly designed website, both emphasizing an enhanced customer experience. The innovative service model categorizes service delivery into four distinct classes: Freshness Class, Wellness Class, Precious Class, and Guardian Class, ensuring consistent, premium care for both customers and their consignments. A notable addition is a 24/7 service hotline, complemented by a user-friendly website redesign.

Precious Class guarantees top-notch security for valuable and delicate cargo, while Guardian Class ensures that pets and animals receive the utmost comfort and care during air transportation.

Customers can now access SriLankan Cargo’s team around the clock via the new 24/7 service hotline at +94197 33 3344, a crucial feature of the updated service model. Additionally, SriLankan Cargo will provide regular tracking updates to keep customers informed about their shipments.
