Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh proudly announces its involvement in Global Wellness Day on June 8, 2024. In line with the hotel’s commitment to comprehensive well-being, a variety of complimentary activities will be offered to in-house guests and spa members, promising a day of rejuvenation and relaxation.

The day begins at the hotel’s private pool with a 45-minute aqua gym session, providing participants with invigorating exercises that leverage the resistance of water.

Following the aqua gym, guests can join the Walk the Weigh competition, challenging themselves with kettlebell exercises while running.

After working up an appetite, attendees can enjoy a wholesome lunch buffet, featuring an array of nutritious options to nourish the body and uplift the spirit.

Next, a friendly squash tournament will take place, allowing competitors to engage in energetic matches and enjoy the cardiovascular benefits of the sport.

Throughout the day, the “Wellness Food Corner” will offer delicious and nutritious snacks and refreshments to keep everyone energized and hydrated. To cap off the experience, guests can indulge in a 10-minute Sense Massage Therapy session, performed by the hotel’s skilled therapists, designed to relieve tension and promote deep relaxation, leaving them in a state of pure bliss.
