The popular telugu actor, who also serves as the head of the Jana Sena party, ran from pithapuram and is leading in the ap constituency. His wife Anna Lezhneva broke down in tears, since his party guests had already pronounced him the winner. Videos taken from the couple's residence showed Anna doing a puja for him, and his son akira joined in.

In the video that was posted on X, Pawan made his debut in the midst of his upcoming victory and stood calmly while his spouse performed his puja. He taunted her while she completed the puja and put a tilak on his forehead. akira Nandan, Pawan's son with his former spouse Renu Desai, was also there for the festivities. It was heard that Pawan's party workers were screaming his name. Pawan was getting closer to victory when Anna and akira welcomed partygoers earlier in the day. Outside the couple's home was where the supporters congregated. As they celebrated Pawan's victory in the polls, Anna was spotted fighting back tears.

At the time of reporting, 1,32,725 votes have been cast for Pawan in pithapuram, according to the election commission of India. This time around, pawan kalyan has sided with the tdp of chandrababu naidu and the bjp for the andhra pradesh assembly and lok sabha elections. tdp was given 144 assembly and 17 lok sabha seats as part of a seat-sharing agreement between nda partners, while bjp was given six lok sabha and ten assembly seats. As per the agreement, Jana Sena ran for 21 assembly seats and two lok sabha seats.
