Dolly Parton's Imagination Library now available to all kids 5 and under in Kentucky

Dolly Parton's Imagination Library is now available to all kids in Kentucky. The Imagination Library mails free monthly books to kids up to 5 years old to get them motivated to read, regardless of their family's income. Starting in 1995 in Tennessee, the program was replicated nationally, partnering with local businesses, school districts, organizations and more to sponsor the cost and distribution of the books.One in seven kids in the country receive books from the program, the website says. The program announced this week on Facebook that it is now available in every zip code in Kentucky through 125 affiliates. Click here to register your child for the Imagination Library's program.
