Jennifer Lopez and her daughter Emme Maribel Muñiz were photographed out shopping at a flea market on Sunday. The pair’s apperance followed the announcement that Lopez would be cancelling the US leg of her “This Is Me… Live” tour.
Sporty and casual, the 16-year-old laced up a pair of Onitsuka Tiger Mexico 66 sneakers in a low-top black and tan style. The retro-inspired footwear featured mixed textural suede and leather uppers that transitioned into tan lace-up closures, contrasting labeling on the tongue and converging black stripes on the sides that bring the silhouette into the 21st century.
Two toned rubber non-slip soles round out the sneaker, offering the style a stylish but practical twist. Emme’s neutral Mexico 66 style is available for purchase on reselling sites like eBay and Kicks Crew.

The brand’s retro-inspired silhouettes are exceedingly popular, mirroring the success of the similarly vintage Adidas Samba silhouette. So popular in fact that the yellow and black colorway was featured in the famed film “Kill Bill Volume 1.” The Japanese sports fashion brand was founded in 1949 by Kihachiro Onitsuka. The brand later became Asics Corporation in 1977, hence the similar logo design. Beyond footwear, Onitsuka Tiger sells a variety of apparel and accessories for both men and women.
Accompanying their athletic footwear, Emme donned an oversized graphic tee in white paying homage to the 1991 adventure drama “My Own Private Idaho.” On bottom, the teenager sported baggy light-wash jorts, providing a breezy and comfy touch.
