In Q1 2024, the US imported industrial textiles worth $738.554 million, with Mexico as the top supplier, accounting for 15.98 per cent.
Other leading suppliers included Canada, China, India and Vietnam.
Imports from these top five suppliers constituted over half of the total.
Compared to the same period last year, imports from Mexico rose by 17.69 per cent.
