For the eastern North Pacific...east of 140 degrees west longitude:

1. South of the Coast of Southern Mexico:
An elongated area of low pressure located several hundred miles 
south of the coast of southern Mexico continues to produce 
disorganized showers and thunderstorms.  Environmental conditions do 
not appear conducive for significant additional development, and the 
system is expected to weaken during the next few days as it 
moves little.
