An event hosted by the Kentucky Humane Society returned to Waterfront Park on Sunday."Waggin' Tail at Waterfront Park" invited dogs and their owners to come out and enjoy the day at Festival Plaza.The event included food trucks, about 45 vendors, photo opportunities and several adoptable puppies and dogs.Organizers say it is a great way to get dogs and their owners in one place and encourage people to adopt.
