Numinus Wellness Inc. announced the election of six directors and the approval of key resolutions at its annual shareholder meeting, reinforcing its leadership and future direction.

Numinus Wellness Inc. (“Numinus” or the “Company”), listed on TSX under the symbol NUMI and on OTCQX as NUMIF, is a mental health care organization dedicated to advancing both conventional and groundbreaking behavioral health treatments, emphasizing secure, scientifically-backed psychedelic-assisted therapies. The Company is excited to share the outcomes of its annual general meeting of shareholders (the “Meeting”), which took place today. At the Meeting, 50,266,506 common shares were present or represented by proxy, accounting for 15.68% of the total 320,551,600 common shares issued and outstanding as of April 2, 2024.
